About ICSSCER 2026

The 2026 8th International Conference on Structural Seismic and Civil Engineering Research (ICSSCER 2026) will be held from November 5 to 7, 2026, in Salamanca, Spain. Focusing on the latest advances and engineering practices in structural seismic engineering and civil engineering, this conference aims to provide a high-level international platform for exchange among experts and scholars from universities, research institutions, and industry enterprises. The conference will cover hot topics such as structural seismic design, disaster risk prevention and control, infrastructure resilience, intelligent monitoring and health assessment, green construction, and sustainable development.

During the conference, sessions including keynote speeches, paper presentations and interactive discussions, and poster exhibitions will be arranged to promote the exchange of academic ideas, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the integration of advanced theories, innovative methods, and engineering applications. ICSSCER 2026 looks forward to bringing together global expertise to jointly explore effective ways to enhance the safety, durability, and resilience of engineering structures, and to contribute to building a safer, greener, and smarter civil engineering system. All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.  Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria.  We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics.  Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
